Senior Frontend Developer (CONTRACT) REMOTE

Broadridge is hiring! We currently have an opening for a Senior Frontend Developer specializing in JavaScript, React and Web Components . This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity for you to join our growing team supporting our cloud-based solution and services offering supporting wealth and asset managers.
Work-Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote. This is a contract position with the possibility of hiring full-time.
Responsibilities :
• Develops, tests, debugs and implements code for existing and/or new applications and/or systems.
• Responsible for the analysis of project requirements and the development of technical specifications.
• Performs unit and systems testing of applications/solutions.
• Works with users and QA to perform Quality Assurance testing of applications and resolves all reported defects/issues.
• Uses product specifications to create system documentation and train the end user as required.
• Responsible for all procedural and code documentation on assigned projects.
• Has experience with all phases of application programming.
• Demonstrates knowledge in the software implementation lifecycle and specific programming languages.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience
• 6 - 8 years' experience within a programming and applications system environment
• Experience working in TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience working with React
• Experience working with Stencil/Web Components/Shadow DOM is preferable but not required.
• Experience writing custom CSS rules and selectors.
• Experience using CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap.
